frequently asked questions
Give us a call or send us an email if you're unable to find the answer to your question. We'd love to chat!
What should I wear?
You should wear fitted shorts or yoga pants with a tank top. Sports bras are recommended for support and protection. As you progress to the more advanced levels, you will find that more skin contact is required. Please wear what makes you comfortable but always stay safe with proper skin contact.
Please avoid applying lotion prior to attending class. Lotion can cause you to slip or lose your grip to the pole.
Please remove all jewelry on hands, wrists, ankles, and feet. Jewelry can get caught while performing and can damage the poles.
Do I have to wear heels?
Heels are not required but are always welcomed! Heels are highly encouraged for our Hot in Heels pole class but not required. Heels add a challenge to your choreography and tricks. If you are just starting out or this is your very first class, we recommend taking class without heels.
What should I bring with me?
Water, water, water! It's important to stay hydrated throughout class. Please bring a water bottle with you to every class.
Knee pads are highly recommended to protect and provide some added cushion during floor work. Knee pads are available for purchase at the studio.
Gripping agents give you a little extra grip to nail tricks. If you are just getting started or this is your first class, we will have different gripping agents available for you to try! Grip is available for purchase at the studio.
Do I need to sign up in advance or can I just drop-in?
Class space is limited so signing up in advanced will secure your spot in class. Please pay and register for class beforehand. We do accept drop-ins but cannot guarantee your spot. Don't risk it, sign up online!

I have no upper body strength, can I still come?
